Friends of Godstowe raise £5,500

The Christmas Fair, run by Friends of Godstowe, was a huge success once again

The FOG Christmas Fair raised £5,500 this year. Pupils, parents and staff from across the school attended the event, and there was plenty to enjoy including food stalls, cookie decorating, Santa's Grotto, trade stands and carol singing. 

This money raised will go towards the school and will be spent on new items for the pupils. It has also been agreed that 20% of all monies raised by FOG will be going to other charities. These charities will be chosen by the Friends of Godstowe Trustees next term with a pre-requisite of having a link to the local community or children.
