Godstowe celebrates pupils' artwork

Every year, Godstowe holds its own Art Exhibition and Fashion Show, displaying work by every pupil in the school. Hundreds of parents turned out on Friday evening (8th May) to view the impressive display of drawings, paintings, sculptures and models. 

Girls in Years 7 & 8 took part in a Fashion Show during the evening, wearing dresses and hats that they had made during their Art and DT classes. In commemoration of the 70th anniversary of VE Day, the theme of the evening, including the girls' dresses, was 1940s.

The Art Exhibition was also open during our Open Morning on Saturday 9th May. We welcomed a large number of prospective parents and their children, who were also treated to the Year 7 & 8's Fashion Show.
